LEVER MUST SLIDE FREELY IN FORK END AT ANY POSITION. WITH PIN REMOVED THIS WILL ALSO CHECK ALIGNMENT OF LEVER WITH CYLINDER ANCHORAGE.
MAKE SURE NO FOUL HERE.
CYLINDER SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 3/4" FREE MOVEMENT UP & DOWN WITH MOTION PIN REMOVED.
PIPE CONNECTION MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH FREE MOVEMENT OF CYLINDER.
CYLINDER & HOOK BOLTS MUST BE CLEAR OF ENGINE & CHASSIS IN ALL WORKING POSITIONS OF LEVER.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1/64 SIDE MOVEMENT.
BANJO FITTING
INCLINED UPWARDS.
ALTERNATIVE CONNECTION TO INDUCTION MANIFOLD.
CONNECTION MUST BE PLACED SO THAT THERE IS NO FEAR OF PETROL LEAKING INTO THE CLUTCH CONTROL CYLINDER.
