| Hôtel Sylva Pergolèse PARIS 3, Rue Pergolèse (XVIe) Avenue de la {L. A. Archer} Grande-Armée --- Bois de Boulogne Téléph.: Passy 38-12, Passy 25-54 87941. 28/1/33 19 Ex. To Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} The general running of the car has been good. Though the temperature at the time of starting has been -5°C I have not had to use the starter carb, the engine continuing to run after the 3rd attempt. Weather permitting I shall take Mr Slater out tomorrow with the control on and he will then give you his opinion of the shock dampers. There is one more run fixed for Mon noon so I do not expect I shall get to Chateauroux(French test region) before Tues. The N.S.R. Hartford damper developed a groan. I dismantled this & effected a cure. I enclose my time sheets for this week. A.B. Roberts | ||
