Dear Sirs,

We have now had the opportunity of putting this
before the commanding officer of The 5th. Battalion The King's
Regiment (Liverpool) who is the commanding officer at Donington
Hall. He now replies as follows.
Reference No. 58/10/B.
"The track is in constant use between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
daily except Saturday.

If however, Rolls Royce will notify a particular day,
preferably in the afternoon, and state the hours between which
they wish to use the track, I will endeavour to accomodate them"

If you will kindly let me know what days you wish
to use the Track I will then arrange with the commanding officer.

Yours faithfully,

H G Crane
