11th. May, 1939.

Messrs. John Marstons Ltd.,
WOLVERHAMPTON.

For the attention of Mr. Steadman.

Dear Sirs,

Further to our telephone conversation with Mr. Wren of yesterdays date, we should like to confirm that the car heaters to be supplied to us should be finished black.

We have forwarded one spindle assembly, to assist completion of an initial heater, and it was arranged that the remaining five heaters were to be completed by yourselves, inclusive of all machined pieces. The motor, rheostat and medalloin would be the only parts bought by ourselves.

We have, however, managed to build up a second spindle assembly from spare parts and we are forwarding this today under separate cover.

In view of this, therefore we should be glad if you would complete a second heater and let us have this as soon as possible. The remaining four heaters should be completed at as early a date as possible as we are anxious to fit them.

We are also enclosing marked arrangement drawings and some details for the 'Ripple' radiator, and we should be glad therefore if you would look these through and tell us whether you have sufficient information to make the inner unit.
