With reference to your memo D/BP.18/MW.
5.1.39., the General Motors Corporation Diesel engine will not be used in a motor car nor will it be used for marine purposes.

Our intention is to run it only as a stationary engine for research investigation purposes. No other duty is contemplated or proposed.
