We have asked them if they can demonstrate it to us, and have told them that we expect you will also want to try it, and will make your arrangements direct.
We have not tried a car with this coupling, but we anticipate that the clutch pedal will be heavy. It also appears that if the jaws go together with the engine running fast there will be shock. There is also a period of light clutch pressure during which the coupling is accelerated by the engine and the jaws go into engagement, which must be rather nicely adjusted, and is liable to be upset by the wear of the clutch. It is evident that the full torque of the clutch should not come on the jaws until they are right home.
