To HHG. from EPC. c. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AJL. Y4672 EFC2/T25.7.28. ELLIOTT AMMETER ON 20 H.P. CHASSIS. FOR R 12 G 4 The Elliott ammeter fitted to this chassis is reading low. Owing to the fact that we have a higher output dynamo on this car for Mr. Royce's observation, we consider it necessary to have an ammeter which is known to be correct. It is probable that you have two more ammeters in stock for the other two chassis. If that is the case, we would like to have these instruments in here for test so that we may pass the most exact one to be put on this car. The one removed can than be returned to us for test, and if found sufficiently wrong we should take steps to return it to the makers. Please arrange accordingly. EPC. | ||
