Will you please note that a new standard sheet has been drawn up for claiming staff expenses. These sheets are identical with the old ones except that claims for visits to another Rolls-Royce factory are made on the basis of actual expenditure when visits do not include a night. Will you please, therefore, arrange, until these new sheets are available, that when a member of your staff visits a Rolls-Royce factory actual expenditure only is claimed.
