SUPPLEMENTARY PETROL RATION
HOME TO WORKS.

The attached coupons represent your allowance for one month to the end of September, 1941.

If you require supplementary petrol for October, November and December, 1941, a fresh application should be submitted to your departmental head, together with the registration book of the vehicle. The vehicle must be licensed for the period covered by the application.

In connection with any application for obtaining coupons for supplementary allowances in the future, applicants may be required to produce a signed statement showing the journeys actually made in the previous rationing period, the mileage involved and the business for which the journeys were made, and you are therefore advised to keep the necessary records.

Should the essential mileage be reduced due to change in place of employment, absence through illness, or change of address, please notify your Departmental Head and return any unused coupons.
