We have been instructed by our Mr G.R.N. Minchin to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 18th inst, regarding your battery of "PA{Mr Paterson}" 11 cells, and note that some of the positive plates are buckled.

We propose to make arrangements for an immediate inspection of these cells, and when we have our representative's report we shall be in a position to communicate with you fully.
