XU698. To Sft. {Mr Swift} from Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. to Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 9/KT.3.6.33. We have now constructed a shock absorber rig,on the lines of the one we suggested, in order to get indicator diagrams off production shock absorbers. When you are in production with the new type shock absorber for which this rig is designed, we should be glad to lend it to you for a week so that you can see whether it will help you to produce shock absorbers. If you find it to be any use it should not be costly to make a duplicate. We attach blueprints. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
