Dear Bethel,

I have been in communication with our London Office and it appears that they will be able to let you have a Phantom lll for your week-end trip on the 21st. August, but it will probably be a Limousine.

I do not think you will mind driving the Limousine in the east. Naturally, you will not get the cornering or ease of handling of a car fitted with a smaller body and the weight will mean that the performance will not be quite so good, but you will find that in spite of these disadvantages you will be able to appreciate the merits of the chassis. Personally, the Phantom lll is one of the few cars that I have been able to enjoy driving when fitted with a seven seater Pullman Limousine body.

I have asked Mr. Henderson of Conduit Street to get into touch with you and hope you will have an enjoyable trip.

Yours sincerely,
