RADIATORS. Referring to R2/M29.9.30., we are holding 2/3rds.of the material in N.2. series with the hope of introducing the new square type radiator. We stopped Work immediately it was realised there was a possibility of bringing the improvement on, and we have at the moment 450,000 tubes which are drawn circular but can be produced to the size of square we require. Every effort is being made to bring in the improved scheme you have outlined. In regard to the horizontal louvres, the Expl. are trying out one of these for efficiency as compared with the vertical louvres, and we are instructing other schemes to be made up from an appearance point of view.
