Clan Experimental.

With reference to memo Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}12/JH.5.6.40, regarding prints for Ashby, the position is as follows:

The remaining set of prints for the Experimental Stores are in rather a dilapidated condition and whilst appreciating the shortage and the necessary economy with blueprint paper, the following prints will be required:

DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}1350 to DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2629    DW.1 to DW.1017
EB.3750 to EB.5258    EW.1900 to EW.2310
FB.2900 to FB.5360    FW.1750 to FW.2160
GB.3500 to GB.5400    GW.2100 to GW.2289.

together with the following list attached.

The range of R.{Sir Henry Royce} drawings, namely, RE, RC{R. Childs}, RF, RD. we hope to recover from the Experimental Stores at Derby, and these, I think, will be fairly complete.

This set of prints when completed will cover the whole of the rationalised range of chassis from B.V. onwards.

The number of prints required are considerable, but should eventualities prove to be in our favour, we shall be able to replenish the experimental Stores with one of the sets of prints then available, thus creating no delay when the War is over.

Index sheets and L.O.P's of rationalised cars now being projected, will be printed from time to time and sent to you for storage.
