HOTEL DE FRANCE. CHATEAUROUX. Indre. France. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}/6/JAB. 11th January 1937. To. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} COMPLAINTS & MODIFICATIONS. I mentioned some time ago that when modifications had been made to overcome a complaint, it should not necessarily become a permanent design. There is a case in point on the 25/30 HP. The Petrol Pump mounting was modified to obtain a rubber mounting. There are two castings being used and each have faces machined, and holes bored, bolts and nuts used. One casting would do the job and cut out operations. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} | ||
