DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}) FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} TO HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}) (Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence.) BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}) C. to CJ. BJ. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} RG.{Mr Rowledge} ORIGINAL REAR PETROL TANK COMBINED BY CARRIER & GUARD. X.8460 V.3701 The large filler and other features of the above on the car here are a great improvement, both in efficiency and appearance, and I have pressed for early standardisation. I have written at greater length previously, and it is a matter of some importance because of the difficulty of filling, and also the blocked outgoing filter. The reserve compartment is also so useful. I am in hopes that stocks are kept low, and also that it is on the next 10,000 miles car which is due out here early in March.
