Owing to the modifications to the radiator and difficulties in keeping the fan belt tight we have decided to carry the fan on an entirely new fixture which may require a changed position of the facing on the cylinder.

You will also therefore hold up the parts comprising the fan bracket and hub, pending further instructions which refer to the larger fan and cowling.
