I am fully booked with orders for a couple of months but for a test instrument I would see that you have one earlier. I enclose a letter from which you will see that Messrs. Rotherham & Sons Ltd. of this town are preparing to manu-facture these and would supply you with any quantity you may requ-ire as soon as they are in a position to manufacture but they are not yet through their tool-making and manufacture of the parts.
