X7120. Spares. X4663 16. 3. 32. The following features are to be fitted to 19-EX. (1) Modified cylinder head giving a compression ratio of 5.25 to 1. E.82758 modified to E.82960. (2) Double Valve Springs to LEC. 2993. (3) Modified camshaft E.82448 with 114º angle between cams and increased lift of .033". This gives an increased lift to valves of .050". (.480") (4) S.U. Carburetters. (5) E.82572 Crankshaft with 2.800" journals Royces & weight balance scheme 75% of crankshaft. (6) Petrol Pump. The pump to LEC.2907 first design is now giving good results. There is another design to LEC.2961 which means removing the wheelcase to remove the pump E is improving this design. (7) No Governor is to be fitted with the above schemes. (8) Synchromesh Gear Box. (9) Rear Axle ratio 12/41. (10) Lake & Elliot ribbed brake drums to obtain increased cooling. (11) Starter Motor to have self lubricating bearings. This is to overcome sluggishness in cold weather. (12) Dynamo with voltage control. (13) Luvax Bijur pipe lines and joints to overcome, the breaking of soldered joint and leaky banjos. (14) 7 x 19 Road Wheels with 2 rows of spokes. | ||
