S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}..from PN.{Mr Northey} Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} C. Gx. 84117. PN.{Mr Northey}2/WT13.12.32. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Cooper. Chassis GLR-49. Mr. Cooper has finally decided that he would like the modifications carried out to his engine such as were discussed with you and also him some little time back. You will remember that Mr. Cooper is anxious to have a bit more power and high speed from his engine, and that we agreed to make certain modifications such as were fitted to Lord Cholmondeley's 25 H.P. car. These I believe, from memory, entailed a new head, higher compression and a different camshaft. Will you please put any necessary parts in hand at once, and I will then write to Mr. Cooper telling him when we would like the car at W. Of course all preparations will be made so that the car is kept away from the owner for as short a time as possible. PN{Mr Northey} PN.{Mr Northey} | ||
