USE OF EXPERIMENTAL CARS FOR TRANSPORT WORK.

Some time ago we circulated the attached note.
The conditions laid down in this note have not been officially altered. No one in the Garage is authorised to run an experimental car for Transport work without my agreement if I am at the Works, or failing this, Gry{Shadwell Grylls}'s sanction.

If anybody makes a request for a car for transport they should be referred to me. The only alternative to this arrangement is for Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} to ask for a car, in which case I must be informed that he has been provided with an experimental car.
