(2) (3) The head leather flaps against the cantrails and makes aloud noise when going at speed. The fasteners themselves rattle and several will not remain closed. Could we have a more effective type of fastener fitted and possibly more in number so as to prevent the leather flapping between the them? (4) The keys of the secret locks to the doors appear to have got lost. Could you possibly fit us up with some more please? Mr Royce is very pleased with the way you have overcome the more serious troubles which the body had and feels that you would wish to have an opportunity to correct these other faults before he takes the car to France. We are therefore arranging for you to have the car for a few days shortly. As soon as the car is at your works the writer will call to discuss any details that may arise. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
