To Mr. Belnap The following is proposed: PIECE NOS. AFFECTED: Various SECTION NO.: Various NAME OF PARTS: Steering Gearbox and associated parts also covered valves DESCRIPTION of Alteration: To adopt the left hand steering position and 3 speed box as discussed with Mr. Royce and Works Committee of Rolls-Royce, Ltd. last March. This involves changes under following headings:- 1. Covered valves 2. Generator in place of magneto (Westinghouse 6 volt) 3. Double synchronized battery ignition, (American Bosch). 4. Exhaust heated throttle. 5. Exhaust system with single downtake. 6. Control mechanism 7. Steering column 8. Pedals 9. Gearbox. 3 speed central change. 10. Hand brake mechanism. Central lever. 11. Foot brake adjustment. 12. Actuating box. 13. Speedometer drive. 14. Wiring. 15.
