Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of the 8th February, the rubber strips in accordance with your request are being fitted to the wheel discs, which you were good enough to return, today.

It is hoped to return them to you either late this afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning.

We would like to apologise for the time which it has taken to complete this work, but unfortunately this has been brought about owing to the fact that the rubber strip has had to be made up specially and this took rather longer than we had at first anticipated.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO., LTD.
