Mr Matthews. 9-12-14. We are sending herewith the record cards for these 3 cars. As per your verbal promise of this morning we shall be glad if you will kindly fill in all the missing information that is required. Mr Gilman has already entered on these cards the alterations made by the Repair Dept. and therefore he informs us that blank spaces mean that that particular part was not altered by the Repair Dept. and remains as you left the car. p. Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Mcr. [Handwritten Note] W Ellison, There are some of these Cards which it is impossible for me to fill, for instance 'Engine on 2200'. this was built by Mr Ellison. Rear axle on 2100E was taken off here, as it was the Light Rear axle, what has been fitted in Repair Dept I don't know. Anything else that is missing may be found in my records to you, from time to time, and you can get at these quicker than me.
