Patent claims for a carburetter design with an inter-connected throttle linkage.

4. A carburetter as claimed in Claim No 3 the induction w pipe which is first brought into operation being of smaller cross section area than the other.

5. A carburetter as claimed in Claim No 3 or 4 in which both throttles are inter-connected through a linkage which includes a lost motion device which ensures that the initial opening movement of one throttle valve causes no movement of the other and the geometry of the linkage being such that thereafter the secondly opened throttle valve opens more quickly than the other so that both reach the fully opened position at the same time.

6. A carburetter as claimed in Claim No 3 substantially as described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
