The facts about these tyres as far as we can ascertain them, comparing them with the present standard type Rolls-Royce tyres, are as follows:- Freedom from skidding - no difference. Wear - No difference. Noise - no difference. Riding comfort - The 90 tyre is slightly less comfortable at the same inflation pressure as the MA type. This defect could probably be overcome by running the 90 tyres at slightly lower inflation pressure. If, therefore, for policy reasons you find it expedient to use the Dunlop 90 tyre technically, we have no objections, but we should like to make it very clear that the advertisements for this tyre are in our opinion misleading.
