We attach an analysis of the Cadillac weights which indicate that the actual figure for the body shell (which is the part that gives the rigidity of the chassis as opposed to the wings and running boards, etc.), is not so much greater than our present practice as the figures previously given would suggest at first sight.

Not knowing exactly how the weights have been taken our analysis may not be correct. It is worth while weighing the Cadillac body shell, however, and comparing it with a Phantom shell to check this difference in weight.
