Origin: To reduce the possibility of radiators becoming blocked in service. F.2.B. series onwards. S. cars.
Experimental Test Report.
These tubes are 5t/7m/m.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} as against the standard 6/7 m.m. tubes. They increase the water passage size 50%.
Road Test Report.
We have tested these tubes on the S.S. and can detect no loss in cooling efficiency. A similar test will be made on the Phantom before radiators are issued.
