Dear Sirs, Re: BEARING N.2001. We received your letter of the 5th March, and were sorry to note your remarks to the effect that a good deal of trouble is being experienced with the above bearing due to noise. Although we have looked over our records, we are not able to trace details of the application and in order therefore that we can investigate the matter in detail, would it be possible for you to send some of the bearings, preferably those that have been running for some time, for these will then show well defined marks. No doubt an examination of such bearings will enable us to come to some definite conclusion as to why the trouble to which you refer is being met with. Awaiting your reply and assuring you of our desire to co-operate with you in the fullest possible way, We are, Yours faithfully, THE HOFFMANN MANUFACTURING CO. LTD. | ||
