S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X 4078 Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}2/BM/20.3.22. RE: HORN FOR GOSHAWK. Referring to your memo - Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG9.3.22. We have procured a Lucas Type 38.T. horn, and are having it fitted up inside the bonnet of the Goshawk Chassis with the H.J. Mulliner Gwynne Body. In the position fitted, we do not think that it spoils the accessibility of the Engine. It may render it a little more difficult to get at the two sparking plugs nearest the dash, but by releasing one nut you will find that the horn can be quickly detached from the bracket, if necessary. Would you please report in say one month's time on the suitability for use as standard on the Goshawk - i.e. whether the position is O.K. and the sound not unduly interfered with by reason of the position, etc. Sg.{Arthur F.
