X-7800. EFCL/AD. 27th December, 1929. Messrs. Joseph Lucas Ltd. Great King St.{Capt. P. R. Strong}, Birmingham. Dear Sirs, We are in receipt of your RLN/FEA. of the 20th inst. concerning headlamps. We have now received the single bulb headlamps referred to. The reason we did not want the lamps sent us is that we are experimenting, with a view to recommendation to our customers, with the arrangement of two ordinary headlamps with the alternative of the central spot lamp. We are arranging for the return of the double bulb lamps immediately. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
