L.H./W.H. 24.4.34. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}

This car is fitted with permanent P. & D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} jacks. We have an insistent demand from customers which is becoming more and more definite, that they require something much better than the ordinary jack we supply.

After trying several different schemes, those fitted to 19-X. are the best we can buy. It is not proposed to standardise these, but we want to gain experience so that we are in a position to recommend them.

It is expected that it will be necessary to order more Phantom II material in about six weeks' time, therefore it will be necessary for 19-X. to complete a 1,000 miles test as soon as possible in order that these improvements can be incorporated on future production.
