J.H. THOMPSON, Esq.,
Dawsmere,
HOLBEACH, Lincs.

For the attention of
Mr. Thompson's Secretary.

Dear Sir,

Further to my letter of 15th July, I made a mistake in saying that the total cost of the car, with repairs was £1068.2.4d. This figure should be £1100.19.4d.

Mr. Thompson therefore still owes Rolls-Royce £32.7.0d.

If Mr. Thompson is unable to understand how this amount is arrived at, I can explain it exactly next time I see him.

Yours faithfully,
