The time has now arrived when, if we are to maintain our Programme, all the material for such Chassis should be released, and I understand we are in order in proceeding accordingly. Chart attached shows Programme, based on the present output of 10 per week. Kindly confirm, or otherwise. As you are aware, the difficulty in obtaining material today is not getting less, due to the abnormal state of Trade generally throughout the country. In giving authority for 200 sets of such material, it would be, of course, with the usual proviso that details on which the Drawing Office or Experimental Shop are in doubt should be held in abeyance.
