Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of your query relating to the regulations for the R.A.C. Tourist Trophy Race and, as requested, have pleasure in sending a copy of these regulations.
You will see in Regulation 7, paragraph (f), that the size and make of carburetters may be varied, and this being the case I can see no reason why a Standard air cleaner should not be dispensed with if you are using a larger carburetter as suggested.
Cleveland Discol is admissible under Regulation No. 19.
Yours faithfully,
F.P. Armstrong
Secretary.
