OFFICE OF THE MANAGER

December 30, 1922.

KATALITE COMPANY OF NEW ENGLAND, INC.
244 Charles Street,
Boston, Mass.

(Attention F.{Mr Friese} H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Woodman)

Dear Sirs:

In view of the extremely successful test of your Catalytic Agent as applied to one of our Ford cars, which showed an increased mileage per gallon of gasoline of 70%, we have decided to equip our entire fleet of Ford, Dodge and Buick cars, thirty-eight (38) in all, with this agent.

We will accept the three heads, two Fords and one Dodge now here, and return to you the old ones and each week hereafter, as we can spare our cars, we will have you send us heads for them and return to you the old ones for treatment.

We understand the cost per head for Ford cars is $16.00; Dodge cars $20.00; and such of our Buicks as have removable heads $20.00.

It is also understood that in billing us for the treatment, you will include a charge of $4.50 for Ford heads and $6.00 for Dodge and Buick heads, but these charges to be credited back to us when you receive the old heads shipped to you by us.

Very truly yours,
W. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Bradley
