We do not see how we can improve matters as they stand at present, and therefore would not suggest making any alteration, with the exception of one small point which we would like you to consider testing, which has been suggested by the King-Seeley Corporation, namely, the drilling of two holes through the baffle situated at the bottom of the pressure balance bell.
