Starter motor modifications and flywheel wear on vehicle 35-EX.

"(2) Air damper was to be deleted from the armature end." The teeth on the flywheel of 35-EX. were worn evenly all the way round, and not particularly chewed up in any one or more places, and are considered to be in fairly good condition for the mileage.
