For the attention of Mr. Hives.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG. of the 2nd inst., covering your reports on Tyre Mileages for weeks ending 21st and 28th August.

Concerning the special Mileage Sheets which we forwarded to you, we note that you will prefer to continue with the usual report. This will suit us admirably, and supplies all the information we require. Our only purpose in sending you the printed forms was that we imagined it might give you a little less trouble.

Yours faithfully,
FOR THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO. LTD.

C. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} O'Callaghan

[Handwritten note: Mr Hives]
