As promised by Colonel Matthew, we are sending you under separate cover, one unfinished sample of our latest pattern Operating Tool for straight side rims.
This sample which has yet to be galvanized, and stamped with our Patent No. is intended to enable you to test the shape, and temper of the metal. We should be glad if you would return it to us with your remarks after you have carried out your tests.
