On PL.154 of which we enclose two prints herewith, we have set out your proposal for making 1.B.50. car into a Utility Van. The body is cut off aft of the centre pillow. The van body has a detachable fabric top, to enable bodies to be carried, as illustrated. Wheel arches protude above the floor but will in all cases coincide with those of the body to be carried. The floor will be provided with bolted on boxes to receive all bodies of the rationalised Senior Range. We have sent a print of this scheme to Messrs. Park Ward & Co. and have asked them to put in hand the full size drawing (copy of memo. to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}) We have received P.T.O. | ||
