Messrs. Vandervell Products Ltd.,

Park Royal,
LONDON, W.3.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 6th instant and note upon the query of our last letter of the 3rd instant that you did not receive our reply to yours of the 7th November 1936, regarding which alternative type of rocker bush we required.

We enclose a copy of the letter which we sent you on the 11th November and which must have gone astray. You will see that we chose alternative (1) of your rockerbush Drawing No. 808B and also included other information regarding the crankshaft lubrication and bearings.

Now that the reason for the non appearance of the rocker bushes is clear we should be pleased to know when you can give us delivery of them.

Regarding special small end bushes we have unfortunately no record of the actual drawings sent you following your visit in October 1936 but I was almost sure that the question of making small end bushes for us was discussed. I must have been mistaken, however, as you cannot trace any correspondence regarding these.

Yours faithfully,

For ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
