SECRET.

With reference to Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/M7.8.24, concerning the dimensions of bonnet and radiator and dash of E.A.C.II, I note this suggests that a mock-up should be made at once at Derby. We do not think this mock-up will be of much use unless there is a suitable body at the coachbuilders which could be fitted to a chassis at the same time as the mock-up, so that we may see the appearance of the complete car. The mock-up of a bonnet and dash only does not give us a useful idea of the appearance.

Do you understand from the memorandum that the dashboard will be 2 1/4" wider and 5/8" higher?
