It will perhaps interest you to know that we have rewound a Lucas lighting dynamo armature using less copper in the winding, viz. shorter coils. We have tested this in various ways and in various carcases. Having first tested a dynamo and noted results we have replaced its armature with the one we have wound; in every case we have obtained better results. I attach a list of the tests.
