Dear Sirs,

We are very pleased to note from your letter of the 15th.inst. that you are machining specially some cylinder blocks for the purpose of trying out our patent pistons, and at the same time insuring that the ring in the skirt of the piston will be inside the parallel bore, and we thank you for the assistance you are giving us in this matter.

We shall be pleased to send through one of our mechanics to deal with the fitment immediately upon advice from you.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ALLEN & SIMMONDS /READING/ LTD.,

B.Tull,
Secretary.
