My suggestion was purely to cut down service expenses. The sheet metal silencers would I believe cost approx. half the amount, and last approx. the same length of life. We have to service a number of Phantom II for another three years, and the cost will be high. With regard to the last paragraph in your memo. This is, along with Town users the cause of many failures. I would be much obliged if you could let me have your remedy which you say has been instructed. Cricklewood apparently are not aware of it.
