For the attention of F.J.Hardy, Esq.

5th November, 1938.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 4th November and confirm that we are now able to clear our records in regard to your Order 74592.

We, of course, recollect the issue of 4 special tyres for experimental purposes on the 19th September, but the wording of your confirmatory order rather mislead us.

The 4 tyres were actually covered by our advice note 3005 of the 19th, and later charged on our invoice 24018 of the 30th September.

Acceptance slip duly signed is enclosed.

Yours faithfully,
for DUNLOP RUBBER CO., LTD.

Manager,
Car Manfrs. Division.
