Dear Sirs,

We are submitting to you an instrument for indicating the temperature of the water in the radiators of motor cars, as we feel sure you would not wish to lose the opportunity of being acquainted with this.

It would not only be a very attractive ornament to the radiator cap of any care, but at the same time fulfil a long felt want which is becoming every day more and more recognised by drivers of cars, particularly owner drivers, who are commencing to take a more intelligent interest in running their cars efficiently and with as low fuel consumption as possible.

We shall be pleased, on hearing from you, to submit a sample for your approval, and quote you our trade terms in the event of your considering purchasing in numbers. In the event of your adopting it as standard to your cars we will make you a special quotation, and we would be willing to place your name upon the front dial plate should you desire it.

Our instrument is absolutely reliable, there being no column of liquid or delicate parts to go out of order. It is of very simple construction and, once installed, required no further calibration. The needle of the indicator is plainly visible from the driver's seat both by day and night.

Yours faithfully,
S. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} MORDEN & COMPANY LTD.,
