sports cars is not altogether necessary.

The gear ratio on top is 4.55 to 1.

The steering was one of the best features of the car, and at no time nor at any speed did one get the slightest kick back from the front wheels. At the same time the steering was nice and light. It was not so low geared as the Rolls-Royce steering and was quite positive in its action.

A half-charge control and dimming lamps are all operated by one lever in the centre of the steering wheel.

The brakes were definitely not so good as ours, required more effort but were effective. One needs to be very careful when this car has been washed, as for a while the brakes are entirely inoperative and might easily lead one to be involved in a smash.

There is no jellying of the front of the car, it all seemed very steady and firm.

The body I tried was rather shorter than need be but it would appear to take a body of the same size approximately as we are considering for the "Bensport" as the wheelbase is 10'3". It may be slightly shorter behind the dashboard than the "Bensport" because the front axle is not fixed at the centre of the front springs but forward of the centre.

Altogether, and for the price charged, a very pleasant car of its type.

I imagine this car will be quite a competitor in a cheaper way to the new "Bensport".
